You can use small rolled up pieces of paper, paper clips, beans or small stones. 2)Place your Basic addition worksheet next to the paper calculator on the table. 3)Move as many counters as the first number in the problem on to the top number line on this paper calculator. 4)Move as many counters as the second number in the problem on to the bottom number line on this paper calculator. 5)Move all of the counters from the bottom number line on to the top number line . 6) Count the number of counters on the top number line and write that number on the basic addition worksheet.
